Is it possible that one of you can get Luna here? I would like to see proof posted that this is originally his mod work and posted here pls.
The starport will not go under assumptions from other forums, so pls guys, if any one of you can locate Luna and get him here to prove publically his mod was ripped off, then more then likely Dias’ posts will be removed from this forum.
The starport does not appreciate stolen work or work that is not credited correctly, and we just want to be absolutely sure this work was stolen and not work on hear say evidence.

**According to the very last post by Lunar, Dias has stolen the mod and has also banned him/her from their forum.
I do not find this acceptable in any way, if Dias wanted to host the mod then he should have asked and been given permission to do so before simply using it in anyway he felt like doing.**

Hello everyone, I am Lunar_Eclipse aka Scoundrel and RU belongs to me. I see that you guys want some proof and possibly links to my server site, thats fine.

You can find the downloads to my mod there. Also please be sure and note the dates on my forum since they are dated before the release of Dias’ stolen version or at least before his advertizements here. RU has had many different forums unfortunately and this is partially from not being able to get rid of hackers.
Alright on to the proof! I have posted many shots on starport and I guess I’ll post the exact same ones here as well. I can tell you this, Dias (last I heard before he banned me from his forum) hasn’t posted the DL yet… and yet I have it and can turn on my server and prove it at the drop of a hat! The DLs for RU v2.34 have been available for DL for several months. I have included the link to DL RU v2.34 below.
These are screenies from FLMM of the info describing RU. Take notice that it matches Dias’ exactly but does show a few extra things. Coincidence?

Yes I used the exact screenies from the other forum but just the same, I am who I say I am and I have provided the link to both my forum and DL for my mod! RU is currently down but tomarrow at 12am midnight I will boot my server and you can all see for yourselves so that when Dias decides to host my mod, you guys will be able to recognize it.

RU is currently down but tomarrow at 12am midnight I will boot my server and you can all see for yourselves so that when Dias decides to host my mod, you guys will be able to recognize it.
I have changed my mind and am currently booting Rogue Universe right now. It should be online in about 8 minutes and will remain online until 12pm noon tomarrow (my time). I hope you all have a chance to log on my server so you can see that I do own it, as Dias has stated that he hasn’t released the download for the stolen mod yet. This should prove that I own it, I hope.
Edit: I just remembered from F!R’s post that Dias has used the exact same email as he did in the screenies I posted of emails from him. This will prove that it was him in the pics asking permission to use our ships.

I have been contacted on my server and as a working Admin on others, by him as well with the insistance to run one of his “New” mods. I also think that under assumed character names, he’s going from server to server and using mining cheats to aid players to gain high amounts of credits or either cashing them to crash the servers.
When the players accept the offers of credits and are caught at a later date, 9 times out of 10, they are banned from that server and in the result of this have to choose another server or, open one of their own and this may be the case here.
I may have some screen shots of the chats between this player and myself as he was trying to get me to shut down my server and use his mod. Along in the chats, he was insistant that I new him and not to mention it to anyone.
I have also been given the same MSN address as you have. It’s posted to as response to me on his forum. I will copy it and bring it here to show you. I will look for the screen shots as well of our chats.
iam not actually accusing anyone but, after seeing the MSN address, I believe he and the player that has chatted with me are one in the same.

First of all dont eat things from that person. it has problem and try to distroy lifes of others.
Ihave the mod in my hand and i was pay to him for this mod to take it and fix it and also upload it not in my server but in other server that one person have and want to host it.
Ihave all the server files in my hands and it is legal. Ihave also trnslate from paypal about this mod.
Now in other sites tell that he give me only the mod for the ships, if he want to give the ships then he want give me all the files but only the ships.
So please stop this with that person. Ithink it has some problem with a lot of people and try to go in every server and try to distoy him. His real name is lunar eclipse not this name that has. Maybe some people he know him so please stop this.Thank you

About the mod for some people say it that i will not keep it in my server, Iwill gonna fix it because it has many mistakes thats why lunar dont host it and also he sell it to me because he said that ex owner wolfguardian take from him a lot of money to take the mod but he did not know that all the mod have problem. Also he was buy the server from chief and he was trying to sell also that to me and i told him i dont want his server.
So i am trying to fix the mod and give to one person that wants to host any mod. Iam helping people the mod it will not be in my server , i love freelancer and try to keep that game online. I spend a lot of money in my server because i rent him in england. And now one crazy kid tell that i stole his mod and also he didi not do nothing for this game.
So please stop that …… conversation with that crazy.

For me it is easy to close that game and also upload another game in my server. Ihave send post also to give me the rights for hosting warrock in my server. Iam speaking with execution now.

Thats a lie. As I have already stated, Wolfguardian gave Warchief the mod of Rogue Universe since he lost interest in hosting the server. From his own lips he told me that he got tired of players criticizing his and his nephews work and their demands for what ‘they’ wanted in his mod. Now, you’re trying to say why I’m not hosting the mod. I’m not hosting the mod because I’d rather fix it before I host it. A lot of players rely on missions to make money at the start of playing in our mod and since Wolfguardian closed most of the missions down (for whatever reason) I’ve been trying to learn how to turn them back on, which led me to want more for my mod. I never said that I bought the mod from Wolfguardian, as anyone can see clearly, I have stated that Warchief ‘gave’ the mod and server to me.
Also he was buy the server from chief and he was trying to sell also that to me and i told him i dont want his server.
Again, I have said that I was ‘given’ the mod and server by Warchief.

Have I not also stated that I am a noob to modding FL which would happen to include handling FL files. When I spoke to you about selling you the rights to our ships, you told me that you required both server and client files. I had only owned RU for a short time at this point and you told me that you would need those files. At that point I told you that I would send you those files but that you were to ONLY use the ships. So don’t act like your Mr. Innocent in this, especially when you know as well as I do what happened between us.

First off, I’m not a kid, though I may be younger than you I still deserve respect. I am 28 years old and I have done what I knew how to do for RU and our community. Are you saying that because I didn’t fix the glitches and bugs fast enough for you and whoever supports the theft of my mod, that I don’t deserve to keep it? Now I have previously asked several times for proof of a contract between us, though I already know you don’t have it because there was never such a contract. And another thing Dias. What I do in my free time is none of your concern. If I wanna ‘smoke’ or drink then that is my right. I don’t live in Greece, I live in the USA where I have the freedom to make my own choices and I refuse to allow someone to try and bash on me because of habits I have that you obviously would know nothing about. So far all I have seen is a brutal attempt at discrediting me along with some direct insults to my character which you know nothing about. Mentioning that you have a wife and child is also irrelevant to this matter since anyone can be a thief (they come in all shapes and sizes). Another thing, most donations are paid with paypal from what I’ve seen. Does this mean that anyone who pays a donation to a server can claim that server/mod as their own? It’s no secret that I am dirt new to modding FL and handling server files, but I just love how you keep contradicting your own statements. You have said on colonialwars.forumotion.com (Dias’ forum) that you’ve been in touch with Wolfguardian and Firewolf (Wolfguardian’s nephew and a modder for RU) and that they know of you owning RU. I wonder if that statement is true. I will contact both Wolfguardian (if possible) and Warchief about this matter if need be so everyone will know that I tell the truth when I say that both the mod and server were ‘given’ to me (this means that I didn’t buy them Dias).

As far as I am concerned, only a contract between you and I would prove that I transferred ownership to you.

You don’t have to. From the looks of this, there will likely be a tribunal on this matter and I remember someone stating that not all parties have to be present for the tribunal to take place.
