Goto DATA\CHARACTERS and open up the NewCharacter.ini. You will see this,

I know in MP you would also edit the mpnewcharacter.fl where your initial reps towards the factions are defined, in there in the faction list you find
house = 0, fc_or_grp
which you change to
house = 0.91, fc_or_grp
which would make you buddies with the Order. Of course we’re not talking MP and i’ve never to this day messed with SP so if someone could chime in with a fix for this, be grand

Is there any reason you can’t change the house= rep in EXE\newplayer.fl?
If the rep is the only one at 0.91 it will automatically affiliate Trent to that faction, won’t it?

the exec has already been changed to be the order. this was my original mod i used to run on my server . i decided to make it single player because some people in my forums wanted to play the mods even though the server is gone. so i picked one of the more stable versions and made it single player. besides the file in the exec folder is for multi player on servers. ok now i see what you mean but its not compressed do you know how to make the file look normal?
