In memorial…
-
It seems harder each time i encounter these sad times and words can seem so meaningless to those who feel the greatest pain.
Although i didnt know unicornz in person i find this poem fitting to what i knew of his character that was a bright star in this community.Do not stand by my grave and weep.
I am not there, I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow,
I am the diamond glints upon the snow.
I am the sunlight on ripened grain and
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning’s hush,
I am that swift uplifting rush,
Of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft star that shines at night.
Do not stand by my grave and cry,
I am not there, I did not die. This helped me cope with a very close loss…. i can only hope it will help ease the pain of those closest to Billy.
my thoughts are with his family and friends

My deepest and most heartfelt condolences go out to his family and friends.
Not that I knew Unicornz personally, but I’d say most people have benefited from his great work in the Freelancer community. We’ve lost one of our finest, and may he be able to rest in peace now.
Regards to all friends and family,

You’ll be missed Billy, my sympathy goes out to his family and all who knew him.
-
I am very sorry to hear this
I hope the best for your family
Rest In Peace - Maybe you are at a better place now than we are…

I don’t know Unicornz, but from our community condoleance for his family and friends.
We wish them strenght in these days. -
I never knew him but, I’m sure he’s modding in a better place now
the FL community will miss you -
I hate it when something like this happens - condolences to his family and friends, that goes for those he met online too, I remember someone I once knew from an old FL community passing away, came so sudden - used to speak on MSN and team speak nearly everyday too… it’s the whole not saying goodbye that killed me, I hate how someone can be fine one day and gone the next… - if anyone’s in that spot now I feel for you…
Personally I never knew Unicornz but you can be damn sure I’ve heard of him, he gave his best to the modding community he loved so much - and hell it just wouldn’t be ‘Us’ as a community if we didn’t love him back and isn’t this thread a testament to him and just how he affected those around him!
A man’s dying is more the survivors’ affair than his own.
- a tragic but true quote From The Magic Mountain a novel by Thomas Mann
Once again condolences to those who knew him best…
