Umm i am however getting a rather mixed up texture here… in both HCMP and after extract in PS is that normal?? ::)

Same problem here Winzip and 7zip are saying that the CMP is corrupted and can’t be extracted.

I downloaded the same file, try re downloading it maybe?

Ok, not sure what the issue is here with the download as naturally it works fine for me lol so here it is again. This imports quite happily into Milkshape 1.76 without issues for those that want to mess with it there. Normally i just use the UTF editor to extract the textures and FL Model Tool to resize the billboard. I have a sur file for it somewhere as well

Excellent, remember the texture is transparent, so from the rear it’s going to look odd. From the front it’s excellent. I made loads of different ones when i was testing my last mod, they were like road signs lol. If memory serves, MiniMe knows how to get the textures moving so you can have billboasrds with different textures on a timer, like the ones on the planets that advertise stuff
