Make a new window for rank and status in the bar

I want to bind a freelancer a new window in the bar.
For status and rank.Tipps and help would be great.I make big mod and this is my final special.

If you want to make a new interface (like a windows), it too hard almost impossibility for now.

But im not mean that never hope, check this:

And also here may other way to do that, i mean you can make a Dxhook and draw a Window in FLMainWindowHandle, and hook chat-function, and send FLHook Command just like normal player (open chat box, and enter flhook player command).
