Making mods

hi i asked igiss (mod creators of Discovery ) and he pointed me in the direction to star port , i clicked the tutorials to getting started but they say ’ the page you have selected does not excist , to creator one use the box below ’
im new and i really really wish to make a mod of my own but i dont know how , can you at least tell me or point me in the right directiuon please

You’ll have to detail what you want to do and what kind of experience you have with FL, mods and computers in general. We can’t give you an end-all be-all modding tutorial

U dont need tuts the most threats here explain pretty much and provide all basic knowledge. -

i was hoping to make new wepons and equiptment to start off then move on with ship customizing
i am currently studying a IT deploma worth 7 GCSEs ( im uk if your wondering )
i have loads of free time so ill be attempting to make mods regulary
so can you tell me how to make/customize wepons
