About CRUISING SPEED

I chang the file Constants.ini:“CRUISING_SPEED=600”
and:“ANOM_LIMITS_MAX_VELOCITY = 600”
but display also 300.
How to chang dislpay?Plese who help to me!

May want to follow that tutorial if you aren’t familiar with hex editing.
