We have strange CPU behavior at the Discovery Russia when Account Manager is starting:

Count of chars and may be video later.

Program displaying russian names as "??? " (Windows-1251 encoding), russian infocards (UTF-16) displaying correctly.
It is possible to correct?

If it is possible, please add features:
Jailing characters (not all account) in prison system, for the period of N-days, with automatic freeing.
Support additional hp_types.

Player-Names? Could you upload a few account-folders for me to test, please?
Which version of FLHook are you using?

I think Jailing would work better as a FLHook Plugin…
Please tell me more about the hp_types - what does not work?

Equipment, bases, ships, and other names.

I modified common.dll and other files, for use additional hp _ types, for large ships equipment.
I see error messages, It can bring harm?

i using Windows XP SP3 native Russian edition,
Windows-1251 is default system encoding.
