Hi, I was always modding Freelancer with the basic ini code.
I firs heared of FLHook a day or 2 earlier when I asked about Cloaking device. It might sound really nooby for an experiensed Freelancer modder, but i will ask: What is FLHook??? What is this type of coding and how can I learn editing it??
If you can, please give me links for FLHook editing tools and tutorials. -
FLHook is some kind of server operation software which offers also bonus features like autobuy.
FLHook is written in the coding language C++. In order to create new features you need to learn C++.
But most settings for the application can be changed via an ini file (so you don’t need C++ knowledge to configure FLHook).To edit FLHook you need a C++ compiler, for instance for windows Microsoft Visual Studio. You can download and use express for free.

Correct, FLHook is a server management program, similar to FLAC. As for cloaking in FLHook, I believe there is already a plugin present for that function. Also, if you plan to use FLHook, I recommend running Disco Account Manager alongside it to allow complete control of your server.
