Hack Request - CloakingDevice does not show on repair screen

For whatever reason, CloakingDevice items do not show up under the repair screen, even if the items themselves are damaged and they have a proper ids_name entry. Anyone have a fix?

Bonus points for also showing items with “ids_name = 0” on the repair list.
