you need “Bloom Effect” .

it depends on what you call high graphic. to make FL really look better you’d need more than an extension of the engine, you’d also need to know how to code effects. a good look is always a combination of proper rendering engine and proper alchemy that is being rendered.

Better to learn how to to do it instead of just ripping off other peoples work. I don’t think Op would be too pleased if effects of his just magically appeared elsewhere, and he isn’t the only one. I feel the same if someone takes my stuff without at least acknowledging it. Like i said at the start, learn how to do it.

there are however resources free to use such as the HD textures mod and why’s huge effects pack. they are considered free and open source, only thing you have to do is mentioning the creator in a readme or similar.

You’re much better off starting like Gisteron said and then expanding. ENBSeries, Why’s effects and the HD textures pack should already be a significant improvement. Heck, you could use Itano Circus as it’s quite close to vanilla while having many improvements - Why’s released mostly every component as open source. Just credit him if you ever release anything out of it.
