Looking for make_wire

Hi there, dn’t know if i aske it in the good section but here is my request :

I’m looking for the make_wire utility by Devast8or but don’t found any link, i download too the FLMT 2.0 beta 5, (make wire utility is written to be in the pack in the readme section) but i can’t find the tool after installing FLMT.

So if anyone here have a link to this tool, it will be very good
