What should we do about the Systems: redirects?

It looks like there are a few pages prefixed with Systems: which are just redirects to actual system pages. I think these shouldn’t really need to exist, but we can’t delete redirects.

I did that about one or two years ago because I thought I could add/create a category by that way in which the systems would going to go in then.

Do they even suck soo much? I mean the redirects.

Yes, the first letter of each system name is lowercase and it looks horrible. And they exist for a few systems, but not all.
