Yeah he announced he’d be away for some unspecified period.

Could indeed be that he knew he would be offline for a while for mundane reasons like no connection; it might also be that he is losing interest a bit. I do not at all mean this to be negative; it’s just that I can imagine. He’s way beyond any other person in the modding scene, where it comes to analyzing the game mechanics, so at one point it’s just not as challenging anymore. While at the same time the requests pile up… “Can you this, can you do that?” I’m not saying that if this is the case, he won’t ever come back; I’m just saying that I can imagine if a guy like that (or any other person for that matter) needs a break.

Even if we won’t ever see him again, we should be very thankful for all the stuff he gave us!!

Of course, I hope he’ll be back soon! In the first place because of his specialities and in the second time because I hate see anyone leave! (Even tho I do not even consider myself a regular. More like a part-time regular. I’m still sorry for Gibbon’s departure, e.g.)

Maybe if we all do a raindance sort of thing via some sort of public video conference he will come back sooner.

I don’t have a webcam but I’ll definately tune in for moral support.

But first I gotta stay on watch and make sure this satellite that’s supposed to come down somewhere in Western Europe doesn’t hit me, my laptop or other members of my family.

Last I saw it was supposed to hit the Pacific, with chances of debris in North America.
