DS Account Manager issue

Hi
I have a instant of ds account manager on my discovery server which is on a hosted server machine, the server works fine so dose flhook and ds process manager but when i launch the account manager it pops up a window saying cannot access player data base try again, now i have reinstalled everything a fresh yet im still getting this issue.

Has anyone had the same problem or can someone help me with the issue many thanks in return
