A simple one I suppose… How to change the dialog background?

Hello fellow Freelancers,

Every once in a while I feel like modding Freelancer again

And now I wanted to do something that’s really simple. Or rather: it should bem, but sofar I’ve been unsuccesful: changing the background of the dialog (like a bribe or a rumor).

I don’t even want to change a lot: just make it less purplish.

I’ve found occurances of the dreaded purplish bg image 4 times, and replaced each of them with my own texture (matching original size and formats). They are:

• Data\Interface\textoffer\conversationoffer.cmp

• Data\Interface\Neuronet\errorexplanation.cmp

• Data\Interface\Neuronet\Chat\chat_background.cmp

• Data\Interface\Neuronet\Chat\chat_background.txm

But like I said, apparently these aren’t used by the game. So, where the hell is the one the game uses??
