I experienced something similar on SWWT two or three years ago when i refused to do something what was demanded by a clan playing a liberty role. The player was able to set my character hostile to liberty - I can’t say how it was done but it worked and left me astonished .

there are reputation setting commands in FLHook. go through the documentation, you sure will find them
