Where to DL Big Huge Effects Pack Revised 2 ?

I saw the thread but the link for gamefront/filefront is dead.

I need the revised as of " 04/14/09 " if not that one, maybe the latest version.

NOT the old versions.

Or is there a new version/revised for this mod or there are other ones that are more better than this?

I already downloaded that file before that you are referring to… and that version is older than the one I am asking for. I need the Revised 2 (04/14/09) and not the revised001 which was released/shared on 02/19/09… sorry but, did you even read my post? [>_<]

The reason why i am asking for the latest version is because there are files that were not been included or the author revised or fixed something.
