NSA spying on online games

Hey,
I just saw an article on Yahoo (NSA spying on online games) and wondered if they played FreeLancer.They are probably the newbies that lasted 5 minutes. That is, one minute after launch.
From the article, they seemed to be mainly in the socially popular games. Figures! They hacked into the social networks like Facebook and Twitter. We probably don’t need to worry. They wouldn’t be somewhere that requires skill and (dare I say) intelligence.
I kind of makes me feel like, “You don’t mind if I take a look in your cargo hold for a little contrabands do you”?

It doesn’t surprise me, at all!… We can expect us that they are searching new drone controlers or something like this, as for the mechanical part. And for the social and political aspect, I don’t really think that’s a real problem because of the fact we are always spyed on in our society. (The industrials and merchants too, and sometimes it’s not really lawful in some countries.) I think that EVE onlline is spyed all the time, given that its real IRL impact.
I don’t really think that’s a bad thing. I prefere to be spyed on by State employees (considering that we are in states of Freedome, of cours!!) than bloody pervers or unknown psychopaths… NSA isn’t a problem if it spy on my gaming life, it doesn’t matter to me!.. Game is Game, Life is Life… You can’t judge somebody about what he plays. And I would to say : Catharsis FTW!!!

The NSA spying on your gaming life isn’t the problem. The NSA spying on you AT ALL is the problem. The American government’s primary job is to support and promote FREEDOM, not treat its citizens as well as citizens of the world as sheep that must be controlled, or potential criminals that need to be identified and locked up.
Remember, any ‘right’ or ‘freedom’ that is granted to you by your government is no right at all if it can be taken away. It’s just a privilege at that point. Privileges can be taken away at the whim of a bureaucrat or corrupt government official. Or even a corrupt government. Or, in a democracy, even a corrupt electorate.
