Help: Something wrong with "Next Target" & "Previous Target"

Why are the “Next Target” & “Prev. Target” not working?

If there are friendly and foe ships and stations nearby, then I click next target or prev. target, it does not work at all. Closest Enemy, Next Enemy, Prev. Enemy & Clear Target are working just fine.

Did I do something wrong or are there any other reason why I can’t target a target?

Why did I not think of that?.. on the contacts list’s solar, ships, etc. facepalm
