Splitting 'Select/Move' into two separate keybinds

I have no modding experience at all and I apologize if this is not a reasonable place to make a request.

I was wondering if anyone would be interested/able to split out Select and Move into two separate inputs. Maybe unlock the Mouse1 binding while they’re at it

Or, if it’s already been done, please point me in the right direction.
