Well, the texture on the side repeats quite early, but that’s not that bad.

Liberty Gunboat “Duck”. A fusion of Liberty Freighter and Fighter, inspired by Discovery’s Mammoth.

So I remodelled my Sovereign ship…heres the result - untextured atm since its 2:37AM - the ship is bigger…and more elegant imo, and yea the sails are Minmatarish a bit… :-D. I will texture it and release ASAP.

try liberty capship textures. they are really impressively good when it comes to custom spaceships of human origin.

Hmm…Liberty, I never textured with those ones, I give it a try.

EDIT: Dunno…I am not a very good texturers…so, how bad it looks?

Top and sides look good, but you should work a bit on the bottom trim, see picture.

@ Quarks: I see, but I decided to not use the vanilla textures, instead the ship will have the one used on the old version.

So I textured the Sovereign. It was nearly 2 months untouched and not textured. Tomorrow I decided to give it a try…well I will not be the texturer of the year but is not that bad I think.

Nice job mate. I like the way it turned out. I tried to do that one once, but ended up going off on a tangent with it and buggered it up totally.

So, when and where can we down load this?

Figured I’d put my latest ship model out there in the community. To anyone who bothers texturing this ship (it’s broken into pieces and already UV mapped), all I ask for is your textured version back.
