Again, some really nice work, y’all. Love the redesigning of the Vanilla Ships. Need to recreate more of them to show progress in the present and future of Vanilla.
I think many would come back and replay it with a mod of these new ships available for it.

I ended up making a couple scale renders to point out just how much bigger the “new” Rhino is. It was meant to be a frigate or corvette sized ship. (Not necessarily to traditional Freelancer scale. More like Nexus/EVE scale.) For my project I also needed forward firing engines, so those are also integrated into the design. The ship design will probably changed and get updated as I require new design features and think of other details to add.
if you would kindly put these ships in a xml format i would like to put them into a vanilla freelancer mod that i have been working on. not server side but open single player.

A Destroyer.

Wow, that looks great Fagu. I really like the overall design and shaping of it. It’s really well done. I also love the engine design. It reminds me of Freespace.
I really wish I had the time to create ships like that for my project. Creating art assets takes so much of my limited free time for my project. It doesn’t give me much time to actually write code.

Funny thing is, I HATE those engines XD

Awesome! But didn’t you inspired by the Hiigaran destroyer??? Or something else?
-
It started as something resembling a Liberty Cruiser without its forward gun.
Stuff happened and it ended up like this.

I’ve a good name for this destroyer. Caiman class-Fast Attack Destroyer. And I want to eat this ship because it reminds me cereal-bare XD

A spacey A-10

Somethign I found half-done in my HDD. I was bored so I finished and here it is.
Some sort of Interceptor.“Jumper”
It was in fact, the name of the file. Don’t ask, I dont know why I gave it that name.
