Very nice work!
Just keep in mind: There was some kind of Poly-limit in Freelancer. At least all/nearly all CMP Exporters will screw up the model if it has too many polygons (own experience, maybe I made mistakes). -
Skotty, yeah, i know this. After 25k exporting process becomes a trouble, but of couse i’m exporting parts and connecting them like all bases in fl are made. FL have no poly-limit i ever achieved, for exaple every ring pair in these lanes have 27k polys, but there’s over than 50 rings in the system and i’d no lags:

The Base is awesome - it’s like a further stage of vanilla bases combined with new elements but matching the Original.
It’s eycatching - i would love to see it in action, with lightmaps, running lights and a powerfull defense - as big as a moon or so.
The Gates with the detailed joints and textures are cool too, i agree are the joints working?

Right now there’s no animation, but i’ve a plan to make it later.“The new exporter for MAX has no limit.”
Is there a possibility to find it? Does it work with 2009 version? May you share a link? -
