Another ship, this time a fat freighter :D, the ship started as a slim fighter, but a few things got messed up, and I ended up with this baby. It have 6 hardpoints for turrets and 2 for guns.

A shuttle, LF thing, possibly the last ship stuff made in Cinema 4D, I want to learn the damn 3DS Max, since everyone is using it and it is a must I in field of 3D to master I think.

So I started a personal project of mine, codenamed “Bird of Prey”. It will be a liberty navy experimental ship based on the Defender hull, but in more realistic fashion and in higher polycont.

So far only the booster rockets are finished, for one of the ship’s configuration. Updates later…

My goal is to make a ship that will make more sense than the Freelancer ones For example, it will carry actual ordinances not just an impossible tiny missile launcher with a small hole in it :-D, or the guns will be directly mounted into the hull or on pylons, no mines, no thruster and no cockpit glass :). Just looks at the Defender, when the shields down you can spray a “Shoot here” sign on the cockpit

It is. Not exactly FL standard Most of my previous FL ships are around 4000-5000 polys. When sliced to separated parts FL can handle high poly ships but this one is not meant to be ingame
