I’m kinda enjoying watching … amateurs on youtube. By amateurs I mean musicians who are trying to break into the scene the old fashioned way - do covers to get noticed, then release your own original material. Some may make me laugh, some make me cringe, others I am surprisingly enjoying
For instance, I came across this and enjoyed it (guess I am mellowing in my old age ).

Check out their channel, some great covers, some not so good. Some original stuff, but I haven’t listened to that really. Kinda got bored listening to big acts etc.

i was born in the 60s and my sister is 7 yars older than me. so i used to listen to her music too. so my music taste is a big mix of 60s garage, 70s disco/glam rock, 80s metal/punk/and hard core bands. like these guys are from my old neighbor hood in brooklyn,i know the drummer and his brothers personally very nice guyshttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ISYWinvpUzQ

I like the genres you mentioned too, and expanded on these the last decades with classical stuff, psychedelic kraut / space rock, and jazz (wouldn’t have believed that if someone told me 20yrs ago). Actually I’m kinda beyond the genre distinction lately; there’s good and bad music in every genre (not equally distributed though)
Don’t know Biohazard very well (xcept the name) An old mate of mine had their sign tattooed on his back though

@ RSabatino: What do you think of the game’s music? I think it’s great. both the in-space music and the groovy stuff you can enjoy at the bars.
