This relates to mounting equipment and the audio file reference.

Does anyone know where you specify the sound for the equipment so that when you mount it you can have the correct sound?

This isnt something I have looked at before, but some of my equipment isnt having any audio when its being mounted.

You mean like when you fire the gun? Or just when the equipment is being mounted?

i did have probs before on void about my gunfire sound not coming, tho i tracked the bug down and it turned out 2 be a ini file in the freelancer install that didnt include the audio ini file…i dont know what happened or why FL didnt CTD tho…

Just getting the “mounted” audio when you mount equipment., its all I want.

It appears that the info is in interface_sounds.ini
