Okay then, I’m going to need most/all of this later and I’m sure there are lots of people in need of a major leg up in the Freelancer modding world.
Lets start with something… fun…
Okay, so I set down this week to make CW ToW version 4.5~ish. Now I did this under the assumption that most of the old files would be ready to go (I based it on CW ToW version 4.0a/4.1).

Well it’s more whats NOT missing. All Vanilla stuff is still there. And I mean ALL. Now here’s the issue.
Some of the systems need Big Battlestation-y things. I have the Capital Ship Models, but I don’t have them in Base form ready to go.
So the question is, how do I turn a ready-to-go ship and model into the ultimate CIS/Republic Model?
Any Help would be appreciated. -
I’m not sure what you’re asking. What do you mean by “ready-to-go ship and model into the ultimate CIS/Republic Model”? Are you asking to put the ship into game? Are you asking to make the ship dockable?

No I’m asking how to turn a Ship Model/Ship into a stationary base. Dockable, preferably but not a necessary step right now.

I looked in the loadouts.ini file and well… I found nothing… -

Okay then, I moved on from making the mod work… now I just really need to get FL working.
It’s crashing on startup, which is bad. I got rid of the restart.fl file and it’s still not working. -
Reinstall. It takes all but 5 minutes to take it off and put it back on.

Ya, a reinstall is always advisable if the mod is crashing. If that doesn’t do the trick, though, you need to do some detective work.
There are certain files that cause the mod to crash at different times. Where does your mod crash? Does the server crash before running? Does it crash before you get in game? Are you docked at a base when it crashes? Or when you enter a system?
Basically, we need more information to help you.

it crashes after the Splash appears… FLServer stays running but FL does not. Like I said earlier I deleted the Restart.fl file and there was no Autosave.fl so…

I couldn’t find DXDiag, but I did find FLSpew.
~90% of the errors are in regards to stuff I took out forcibly… -
Most likely a ship or solar arch declaration which is incorrect, as that’s where most of my CTD were when I was making bases/ships.

I deleted all of the new stuff I added… still no luck.
I’m going to try with a fresh Version of CW ToW… thanks anyhoo guys.
