FL Wallpapers

All my 3D renders come from Lightwave 3D. I export the FL models through milkshape, and from milkshape I export a Lightwave model. The model usually needs a little cleaning up, but I’ve gotten it down to a science. I can export models pretty quick now. After I have the models, at minimum I just set up a lighting rig and then render them out. The more complex ones involve a lot more work, like the one with the Banshee in the asteroid field.

Hm I would say -

800 x 600
1024 x 768
1152 x 864
1280 x 800
1280 x 960
1280 x 1024
1440 x 900
1440 x 1080
1600 x 1050
1680 x 1200

However I am a noob about those things, so maybe someone know better resolutions ^^ (or can tell us which of them are quite unused)

I also have some very nice screens - If you want to, I can give you them you may want to edit them to superior graphics ^^

It would take a lot of time. At least, it would take me a lot of time. I imagine wallpaper people are very angry people, because having to resize a bunch of pictures for three different aspect ratios really is a pain.

Why, you’ve always done a fantastic job with these renders; I remember drooling for hours on the Flak Forums seeing these. I wonder if you could, possibly, MAYBE, do a Mule Wallpaper? It’s been one of my favorite ships for a long time.

If you have XP u can simply select every pic and resize it by right-clicking and selecting ‘Convert to file format’. In there you will be given the option of setting a specific size. Just pick JPG for the format since it is normally the smallest file size and it works even on the oldest browsers.
