.MSH to .MS3D

Hello, I found an awesome ship for Freelancer, and I thought that I can try it in Vanilla FL first, than texture it, and at last use it as my clan ship in Nightstalker’s Universe mod.
Ship Name: Flamberge
Textures: IncompleteAutor: Bloodworth
copied readme file:‘‘I take absolutely no credit for the creation of this model, I am simply making it public. I would like to thank Paragon for the original concept, Supernova for the actual development of the ship and Japa for modeling it into Orbiter. I would also like to thank Infinity Admin for creating the universe of Infinity, without which, this beautiful vessel would likely never have even been dreamed up.
This add on and all associated programs are freeware and may not be redistributed for any form of monetary remuneration.’’This means that I can use it for every game I want, just cant be for payment.
well and now the problem.
Its mesh file is in format .MSH, but my MilkShape 3D needs it in format .MS3D, and I dont know how to convert it… I tried a lot of programs, but nothing helped =( please, can somebody help me? its really important for me …This is Flamberge

As it is, it’s too big for MilkShape, so here’s a conversion to obj (by 3D Object Converter 4.40).

allready done. just need to cut it to 65 000 polys.
The problem is that I dunno how lol… I’m total n00b… FAIL lol…BTW. I’m using MeshLab for manipulating with this .OBJ file
