Try emailing him - i’m sure he has the data. But with regards to domains/sites, it is hard to justify the expenditure if it is little used…

I let many site domains lapse due to lack of use - including some that had been going 5+ years. They used to be busy, but after 18 months with just a handful of posts, it isn’t worthwhile investment to keep it going. In other words, maybe he let it go due to lack of use
