Voice reference in Freelancer.

I have found a method to make audio names of factions and bases without recording, but I have one problem: I don’t know how to add them into the UTF file and refer them to a “msg_id_prefix” nickname. Can anyone who done this before explain me how?
BTW I tried to extract it to XML, and I understood how to add them to the voice file, but not how to refer them to a prefix. -

How have you done it? Chopping of parts of existing voice bits and putting these together?

You just translate the text to words with TextAloud, (save it ofc) and make some effects with MEF so it sounds like in radio “hail”, save as “wav” (it has the mp3-wav format Freelancer uses), and here you have it! So simple! if you want I’ll tell you what effects to add in the voice in PM if you want.
Thanks for the help guys!

Ok, I thought you made them fitting to the original sounds. Still not bad if you create a whole set. Thanks for your offer, although I don’t need anything at the moment.
