That server is way too chaotic. I mean, you start in a RM BS, with all kinds of guns somewhere 30k away from manhatten? And the restart ships have weird loadouts, and why are they far away from a good buying point or weapons/armor/equipment?
This is what I noticed, the rest is okay.

Flak+FLShell runs? Last I saw they didn’t tend to behave well when put together…
I’m sure it’d be possible to combine both features into one, but I’m guessing you’re lacking manpower for that so I’m not really blaming you. Hook plugins can be a bitch.
If you want, though, try 1.6.1, it’s a lot easier to work with since it actually runs on VS2008 instead of the antiquated VS2003. Just check-out the SVN version off the Forge.

We know, need additional time to learn how to compile new hook with all plugins and to write deathpenalty plugin :))
