Cheers, Sizer Iâll try not to be as stupid next time.
EPISODE 11 is out now aswell.

4th Gun - Hell to the Yes. Having a missile at this stage of the game isnât worth it, its just a resource drain.
I donât know how much further you go with the story in this sit down, but before you go ANY further, GO TO THE BATTLESHIP MISSOURI, AND GET A DEFENDER.
Youâll thank me later.
Also, on the matter of âCurrent Worthâ
Current Worth is based off of statics, like your ship, equipment, bots/bats, ammo. They are things that have set prices. Commodities, however, have a dynamic price, depending on where you sell them, thatâs how much you get for them. The Current Worth counter wont count commodities till youâve sold them, and then its just counting your credit total.
Also, Iâve noticed that after every kill, while beaming in cargo, you tend to sort of⌠pause⌠for a few seconds. Donât do that, youâll die. Always keep moving.
-
Also, you really need to just try out engine kill outside of a combat situation to see how it works. Right now youâre only engaging it to drift away, but the problem is that NPCs rarely follow when you do that.
What e-kill is used for is to use thrusters solely. Engage e-kill with Z, then do not touch S or W again. If you want to move forward, press or hold Tab. When you release, youâll start drifting again at a high speed.
This is how you avoid getting obliterated in later levels. If youâre not always moving fast, youâre an easy target, and drifting away is slow.
-
Iâll keep that in mind, thanks alot guys.
EPISODE 12 is out now.

Still loving these videos.
While fighting use the A and D keys to strafe, this makes you harder to hit. Also use the opposite strafe to your turn, for faster turning⌠soâŚ
if your turning left use D, if your turning right use A.
Keep up the good work

I didnât go and pick up the ship called âDefenderâ in this play session, and iâm now quite far away and Liberty hate me (Youâll see in a future episode) so I could do with some advice about where to pick one up?
Also, EPISODE 13 went up last night.

Get a Crusader from a Bretonian battleship then, that should be your next stop on the way.
-
Finish this instead. I demand you do it.
-
Watched part 14 and now please please please listenâŚ
- STOP BEING A SITTING DUCK! Seriously, I was scared through half the video that youâd get nuked in half a second without any possibility of reacting. Youâre getting in the real part of the story now; you canât stand still shooting at stuff anymore. You need to be constantly on the move, and not just with standard engines, because 80âs not gonna cut it. You need to be thrusting, moving with engine kill and constantly dodging. If you donât, youâll die often.
Your foray with the battleship was very very dangerous. If it had actually required you to destroy it (as opposed to Walkerâs cruiser doing most of the job), you wouldâve died from the constant pummeling of the heavy guns. Keep a move on, please!
- USE CRUISE. Weâve already told you, but Iâll repeat: cruise is faster, and when youâre running for your life with dozens of ships firing at your ass, you need to leg it, fast. Thrusters wonât cut it; theyâll run out quickly and then youâll be entirely hosed. Cruise has a charge time, but itâs quick and then youâre flying fast enough to avoid gun shots. Look at Juni, she was cruising the whole time. The game was balanced so that a cruising ship is just about impossible to hit, so take advantage of that, especially since you donât encounter cruise disruptors unless youâre not supposed to go in cruise. Remember, itâs Shift+W. Stop using the UI, itâll slow you down too much.
Watching those clips is really fun, but Iâm pulling my hair out when Iâm seeing you getting out of things by a hair. You donât need to be an ace, but just doing that will give you more breathing room.

I canât agree more with FF here. You need to keep moving. When I saw you just sit still and trade fire with a DREADNOUGHT, I was forced to ask WHAT THE HELL IS HE THINKING.
FL asks you to do some crazy things sometimes, but it does straight up ASK you to do them. If somethingâs big and scary and the game hasnât told you to kill it, chances are that youâre supposed to be running scared sh*tless. That being said, you did a good job of that right when you launched from Manhattan XD.
As for your missile fetish, if youâre going to continue to use them, DONT WASTE THEM. Youâve noticed that when an AI is turning, you donât hit them with missiles? So then donât fire them when the AI is turning. Wait till you have a good shot (straight behind/directly in front). Personally, Iâd not bother with missiles till much later in the game where large amounts of static damage becomes important for reasons which Iâll leave you to find out.
And lastly, just to reiterate what FF has said, MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE
Move.
