New to modding. Need help.

I am not even sure if this is actually possible. Because OP-R8R might have done some preparences for that.
He doesn’t like that other people are hosting a server for his mod.
Plus, you only have the client files of the mod, you are missing the whole server side part anyways. -
Spoilers Spoilers.
You’d need to go through the game files, pick out the new entries and stick them into IONCross’s relevant .inis. I’ve not had to do anything like that in some time, but when I did I was a Dev. It’d be difficult for someone who doesn’t already know which entries are which to add everything
Although if you’re lucky, stuff will be commented in the mod’s .inis.

Used to be a tool called Datastorm too. I know Datastorm had some issues (for instance when I made a mod, it stopped Datastorm working purely through accident rather than intent No idea why), and I know the developer also allowed a file to be included into the mod which would “prevent” (or warn maybe) datastorm working. However, if it does work, or you remove said file, it’d give you a familiar nav map method of viewing the universe

You can still get DataStorm here:
http://ds.fa-matz.de/
It allows mod authors to put in a warning that is shown when you start the program.
