Prevent a commodity from being a mission objective?

Had a player today inform me that he’s trying to do a mission and the objective is to kill an NPC, tractor in the cargo, and return it to base.
Problem is that the cargo is too big for his ship (by design). The cargo is a specialty cargo that’s supposed to require a freighter to carry or loot. (volume = 80)
His little fighter couldn’t tractor it in due to its size.
I want to prevent that cargo from ever being a mission objective.
Is there a way to do it?TIA

I think this is a problem. Preventing such a mission by checking the players ship would work with FL hook, maybe.
However, in conventional modding it wont work. The only solution: reduce it’s volume.

I’m going to see if changing the faction in vignettecriticalloot.ini from all to none will do it.
