Text glitch

Hello. I have problem in Freelancer. When any text with tab pops up, the text is all messed up. It jump all around and it cannot be readen properly. I tried everything, but I cannot get it to normal text.
My PC Specs :Graphic Card - GMA3100, Windows 7
RAM - 4Gb
Processor - 2,5GhzI can run Freelancer with no problems even with no lag but the text is all messed up. In the main menu its ok, but when i go to credits, or when in-game some texts pop up then its all messed up. I mean pop-ups with objectives. I will be glad if you help me because this game is totally AWESOME.

Try to switch your screen resolution to common values
like 1280x1024 or 1024x768 or ……

In your game’s root folder (by default in Program Files, Microsoft Games, Freelancer), execute msxml3.msi as administrator, install it, then reboot.
