Base_run_by reference list?

Does anyone know of a list of the base_run_by factions?

I can’t find anything doing a forums search.

I thought the W0xxxxx references indicated a specific faction but my understanding must be faulty.

for example, Oder Shipyard (rh01_02_base) is local_faction = rh_n_grp (rheinland military) and the base_run_by = BGCS_base_run_by = W02bF44

Battleship Westfalen (rh02_02_base) is also local_faction = rh_n_grp (rheinland military) but the base_run_by = BGCS_base_run_by = W02bF45

Planet Manhattan and Planet Planet Los Angeles are both run by Liberty Police and they both have the same base_run_by = W02bF35

Are these numbers important or does Rheinland Military which only owns/runs two bases have two separate base_run_by values?
