[Release] Basic FL Save Editor

I wrote this a couple years back when I was but a novice in the arts of C/C++, so please forgive any bugs or oddness you might find. But, as far as I can tell, it works pretty well. For reasons unknown I never published it, but it is doing no good just sitting on my disk so I’ve decided to upload here.
The FEATURES:
- Single-player save editing
- Can edit description, money, system, base/position, and rank
- Can edit ship
- Can add cargo and equipment
- Can edit “dock/TL allowed” fields
- Deals entirely in nicknames/hashes
It’s very minimal, (written in VC++ 6.0, and uses the base Windows GUI API so it has virtually zero dependencies) very small, and very portable. Generally would make a good tool for modders or people who know what they’re doing.

I think the problem is in the savegame. The savegame is from the Nomad Legacy mod and there may be an issue with translating information there.
The restart.fl file opens fine but none of the savegames open with either the Simple Save Editor or the Freelancer Savegame Editor

…. but… ehmm… if the file is already decrypted… notepad should be sufficient
