Win 11 Enterprise - FLServer hangs on startup

Greetings everyone:

I tried to set up a game server, and play with a few friends.
Alas, once I hit the FLServer.Exe, it starts, I fill in server name etc, then hit start … and the programs just hangs from there in eternal “Loading”.
Hitting Exit shows “Shutting Down”, but does so … eternally long (Never, in other words, I need to close the game in Task Manager through End Process Tree in Details, simply End Program does not work.).

Has anyone a solution, please?

Try installing the game to C:\Microsoft\Freelancer instead of to the Program Files directory.
When you install it, right click on the exe and choose run as administrator.
