About the mod for some people say it that i will not keep it in my server, Iwill gonna fix it because it has many mistakes thats why lunar dont host it and also he sell it to me because he said that ex owner wolfguardian take from him a lot of money to take the mod but he did not know that all the mod have problem.
Thats a lie. As I have already stated, Wolfguardian gave Warchief the mod of Rogue Universe since he lost interest in hosting the server. From his own lips he told me that he got tired of players criticizing his and his nephews work and their demands for what ‘they’ wanted in his mod. Now, you’re trying to say why I’m not hosting the mod. I’m not hosting the mod because I’d rather fix it before I host it. A lot of players rely on missions to make money at the start of playing in our mod and since Wolfguardian closed most of the missions down (for whatever reason) I’ve been trying to learn how to turn them back on, which led me to want more for my mod. I never said that I bought the mod from Wolfguardian, as anyone can see clearly, I have stated that Warchief ‘gave’ the mod and server to me.
Also he was buy the server from chief and he was trying to sell also that to me and i told him i dont want his server.
Again, I have said that I was ‘given’ the mod and server by Warchief.
Now in other sites tell that he give me only the mod for the ships, if he want to give the ships then he want give me all the files but only the ships.
Have I not also stated that I am a noob to modding FL which would happen to include handling FL files. When I spoke to you about selling you the rights to our ships, you told me that you required both server and client files. I had only owned RU for a short time at this point and you told me that you would need those files. At that point I told you that I would send you those files but that you were to ONLY use the ships. So don’t act like your Mr. Innocent in this, especially when you know as well as I do what happened between us.
Iam not gonna answer after that post i send and also i did not answer to that crazy that he sells and dont be a man to say yes ok i sell it.
Keep your insults to yourself m8 and try and stick to the facts.

First off, I’m not a kid, though I may be younger than you I still deserve respect. I am 28 years old and I have done what I knew how to do for RU and our community. Are you saying that because I didn’t fix the glitches and bugs fast enough for you and whoever supports the theft of my mod, that I don’t deserve to keep it? Now I have previously asked several times for proof of a contract between us, though I already know you don’t have it because there was never such a contract. Now you post that you don’t care what anyone says, that you will finish ‘my’ mod and whoever your friend is will host it for you. To me this clearly shows your defiance towards ‘doing the right thing’.
And sorry because i write this because i little ungry, i am 39 years old with child and wife i am trying to help people in here i mean in freelancer game and some crazy boys that smoke something go in and tell …… thinks
And another thing Dias. What I do in my free time is none of your concern. If I wanna ‘smoke’ or drink then that is my right. I don’t live in Greece, I live in the USA where I have the freedom to make my own choices and I refuse to allow someone to try and bash on me because of habits I have that you obviously would know nothing about. Stop trying to ruin me and my credibility in this case. You don’t know me personally and have never met me face to face, so whatever you ‘think’ I do has no relevancy to the charges at hand.

So far all I have seen is a brutal attempt at discrediting me along with some direct insults to my character which you know nothing about. Mentioning that you have a wife and child is also irrelevant to this matter since anyone can be a thief (they come in all shapes and sizes). Another thing, most donations are paid with paypal from what I’ve seen. Does this mean that anyone who pays a donation to a server can claim that server/mod as their own? It’s no secret that I am dirt new to modding FL and handling server files, but I just love how you keep contradicting your own statements. You have said on colonialwars.forumotion.com (Dias’ forum) that you’ve been in touch with Wolfguardian and Firewolf (Wolfguardian’s nephew and a modder for RU) and that they know of you owning RU. I wonder if that statement is true. I will contact both Wolfguardian (if possible) and Warchief about this matter if need be so everyone will know that I tell the truth when I say that both the mod and server were ‘given’ to me (this means that I didn’t buy them Dias).
And if u rly did so it would be better to make a online contract that each side prints out and signs personally, than scan it in and send it to eachother that would be a valid contract and trade in my eyes.
As far as I am concerned, only a contract between you and I would prove that I transferred ownership to you.
This case is close i have the mod legal and i will not answer no more to this.

You don’t have to. From the looks of this, there will likely be a tribunal on this matter and I remember someone stating that not all parties have to be present for the tribunal to take place.

Pouting isn’t really an option for you. I’m quite positive we would successfully enforce a boycott against servers running “your” (another controverse) mod if you would be found guilty. Not that I think that this is necessarily the case but the other party has a clear advantage if the main person from your party isn’t present.Our (Station-Network’s) proposal is to hold a tribunal with a jury which is elected by the Freelancer community, consisting of well-known but for all that neutral modders like w0dk4, OP-R8R, Louva Deus, etc.
The condition for a tribunal is an adequate interest by the community else chosen consequence wont have neither an prevention effect for the future nor the support of the community.

Just the mod files or the server tools aswell?
Since i know that Lunar was running the server with a special tool he must have given it to u.I know lunar has some bad attitudes sometimes, but i can not believe that he’s that silly and starts such a threat when he has sold the mod to u!

Okay according to Luna, he authorized the use of his ships, NOT the mod, until Dias comes here, the ad has been removed.
We will give every opportunity to let Dias disclose what he has done, and what he hasn’t done. If he needs an interpreter, I’m sure someone here can help.

Seems this image verifying he sold the MOD has vanished from Photobucket. I don’t know what to say on this entire debacle, people have stepped up to help only to have this ending.
Sadly, The only thing this has proven is that MOD makers have more to worry about now than the few syntax errors that may have slipped by. The question always has been how far do you really trust the playtesters. Now, tell me that next time one of you suggest asking for Paypal donations some of this discussion will not pop back into your memory…

If a modder has a chance, run your own testserver. On that way you can avoid this kind of problems.
Specially when people get mad they do strange things.
And it’s than always to hurt. Some don’t know that they make a fool of him/her self.
