FL Player Cleaner 1.007
-
**A new version of the player cleaner has been released.
Fixes
- Hash list rebuilding without having to restart program, it would trash it if it was built twice
- Removes extra linefeed that occasionally cropped up, didn’t cause a problem but made the player files alot longer
- Fixed [Player] text corruption
- Save corruption that happened once in awhile due to an old bug in the save routine, was caused by closing the file twice instead of just once
The program now auto-fixes any of the above problems caused by earlier versions, allowing the files to be usable again without outside fixing.

And why decrypted files are going to the temp folder of the program?
And i see description is like:
visit = 2712152014, 41 (zone_rh01_path_bundschuh1_5)
Maybe better:
visit = 2712152014, 41 ; (zone_rh01_path_bundschuh1_5) ```?

That is description files output during processing, completely unusauble except to look at. It is from when I wanting to see what was stored in the player files to determine what was needed to be cleaned.

Ah, ok.
I have used Adoxa’s method, but with old flcodec:
decrypt.cmd:
for /r %%j in (*.fl) do @flcodec -d "%%j" "%%j"

Wow! Exellent, now we have maintanance mode

We run a batch once a week that copies over and renames the Multiplayer directory (time/date filename) and then runs the FLPlayerCleaner prior to restarting FLServer.
Works out well for automatic backups and cleanups.
Only thing it doesn’t do is prune the database for abandoned or empty accounts. For that we still do that manually using IFSO. -
Faulting application flplyrcleaner.exe, version 1.0.0.9, faulting module mfc42.dll, version 6.2.4131.0, fault address 0x00004973.
when i click "Generate error only@ button.
I have Win Xp Sp3 Eng and mod with russian infocards.

I just had the same thing. I did run the ‘generate error log only’ option while FLServer was running though. I’ll have to try again with FLServer down but have to wait until no players are online.
AppName flplyrcleaner.exe AppVer: 1.0.0.9 ModName: mfc42.dll ModVer: 6.2.8073.0 Offset: 0x457c
Crashed on playerfile 07-850e7475
can post playerfile contents if it’s needed.

Same OS, mfc42.dll version 6.2.8073.0, no problem (but then, I only have one player). You say it occurs with Generate Error Log Only, does that mean Clean Multiplayer Files works? Does the crash occur immediately, or after scanning a few, or towards the end (as far as you can tell, anyway)? (Infocards aren’t an issue, only the inis are read.)

@Adoxa: Few! Have not tried “Clean Multiplayer Files”
