Freelancer Freeze on Windows 7 64 bits :S

Hey guys , i have one HP Pavillion 2177 ( Core 2 duo 2.26 , 4G of Ram , video card ATI Mobilly Raedon HD 4650 ( 1G dedicad and expansive more 1,7G = ± 3G of ram ) and Windows 7 64 bits Ultimate , my game run ok but , the all parts of the game Freeze , 5 in 5 seconds have a freeze of one second :S … i dont know why , i use XP compatibility ( SP 2 and SP 3 ) but dont work :S … i remove all and reinstall and no change =/ :S … i dont know what do :S plz help me , and sorry for my eng =p no is good =p

Try to switch powermanagement setting to max perfomance
Try to search somewhere in power management settings:
- “PCI Express”
and turn its powermanagement to “off”

i check and power management off =/ ….
i use all 100% is very very hard i use battery.
it is very strange, i really have no idea why this is happening - “PCI Express”

dont use compatibility options for freelancer also if ur on a laptop try plugging in the AC adapter, even with some of the best video cards and CPUs it will underclock them SO much that a 10 year old desktop runs faster. Also try updating video card drivers, and dont run FL in “XP mode” its not meant to run games in it. Reinstall FL to your windows 7 main HDD, defrag would help a lot too. also try disabling windows 7 visual themes for the game.

Or it may be an antivirus or anti-spyware program, try disabling yours temporarily.
