Question regarding criticalhit.dll

I tried this dll and a server-error occoured wich says “couldn´t load criticalhit.dll”.
My question is:
Is this dll incompatible with flhook in general?
or do i have to place the dll on a spezial spot in the [Libraries] of dacom.ini and daconsrv.ini…
eg. do i have to follow a special order in the inis to make it work ?here are my

from some errors i remember to have had i do place cloak.dll always last. doubt however that this is the error. an error like that is probably because your system didn’t allow access to the file (try launching flserver.exe and freelancer.exe “as admin” on the right-click menu) or because the file with exactly the name you defined in the ini’s is not in the same game copy’s .\exe\ directory.
dunno exactly. look through the plugin description, maybe there is yet something you could have overlooked.

you can’t. you can add your server’s IP address to the global list server. if its only about the version (and build) numbers of your freelancer.exe and flserver.exe, you can edit those with the reshacker almost as plain text. have a search on changing version number ingame

I’m not sure, I haven’t checked, but I don’t think you should have the criticalhit.dll in both dacom.ini and dacomsrv.ini?

downloaded the new version of it and implemented it as requested…
but unfortunatly the game CTD on startup.
The server is still up and running with no errors…
I thought maybe i did something wrong and i tryed it again but i still have the same result
Server is running well but game CTD. No Errormessages in Spew…Any clue?

I was able to load a game on a base, then launch (via **s .**). Added your plugins to dacomsrv.ini (FLHook 1.6.1 plugin), connected, created a character, there I am on Manhattan.

applied the file criticalhit.dll again and made the entries in the dacom files (both) but didn´t made any use of
it in weaponequip.ini just to check out if i made any misstake in
syntax…tryed to start the server —> server is running well…
tryed to start the game aswell–> CTD…
If it is the cloak.dll that causes the crash i would like to ask you for a link to another version
of cloak.dll just to check out if it is the problem.would be nice

XLR’s cloak.dll is the same as 88Flak’s and using latest hook from 88Flak as well 1.6.0.7.
Furthermore, I reloaded this plugin last night and its fine here… try unloading this plug only and see if client/server still crashes, it may conflict with another?.. comment them all (plugins) and add em back till you get a CTD
