Lets sattle it up between us

The obvious is why. The only contribution was … questionable, yet you want back in. Then you seem to stipulate rules which you decided by which to be here. You just don’t “get” it. Everyone else is wrong, everyone else’s fault, everyone else should be nice…
Personally I’d write a small script like I did on my own forums years ago. Logging into your account would auto insert the ip into the blocked ip list

And then redirect him to /b/?

May i ask where i can find the rules here? They are not on the menu list on the left side and neither on the top menu.
Besides that i find it aweful that you have to hammer on someones head if he is not here - or not allowed to be here. Unfair treatment. Its an admin decision to ban. Although the user should have the right to delete his account or his posts. Just literally seen - if there are copy right stuff of patrolmen you can be forced to remove that stuff… if he cant anymore.
-
It’s actually PolarBear
Here are the rules: http://the-starport.net/freelancer/forum/viewtopic.php?topic_id=36&forum=23
As regards deleting standard forum posts - no, we dont do that. Refer to kosacid’s case as to why. Google the web if you dont know the legal specifics.
-
Not saying you do delete - just saying that it might can get tricky in cases of copyrights. Not saying that it applies here in this case. Copyright is something everyone has no matter if he is still present here or banned.
Damn - men day - i am still with Beer^^

By registering on these forums you grant a non-exclusive lifetime license to The Starport for reproducing your posts. This is common practice.

He’s here again because he wants something that benefits him. His reasons for return are entirely selfish. His desire to set his own conditions are indicative that he hasn’t changed whatsoever…
He wasn’t cast out, he antagonised and aggravated a lot of people, including those helping him - he caused himself to be isolated.
He behaved exceedingly badly, contributed little and then attempted to go out in some form of “blaze of glory”- taunting, irritating and attacking everyone (burning bridges) because things don’t go his own way.He then ran around two other sites saying how bad this place is, and whilst “coming back” still says he enjoys antagonising and aggravating people here.
Yes, you’re right - it’s “unfair treatment” towards him
I don’t quite see how allowing people to voice their opinion regarding him is wrong (for a community) -
Lets not forget the suicide post…
-
Posting drama is a lot easier than making a model But your point is taken.
-
Everyones opinion is anytime welcome in a community. Nevertheless annoying him or insult him - without he has any chance for defence is what i would say unfair treatment. You all had a lot of occasions to do that in the other threads and it has happened there already - or not - I didnt followed everything.
I just dont find it OK to talk here about him “in a bad light”, “making fun out of him” as the men was or is already disarmed.
Its like kicking someone who is already left gutted.

AAAAAACTUALLY
Post #9 in this thread is when PB was no longer able to post. So, taking that into account… no one said really much of anything about PB after that. Most of the posts fall into 2 categories -
Cat A) the WTF Just Happened Posts
Cat B) The Huor Lets Make A Big Deal Out Of Nothing PostsNow, compare what’s happening now to what’s happened with PB over the last few months, and this is a flea bite. There’s no grievances here. In fact, looking at the situation, none of your statements have any grounding in fact, Huor. Go ahead and look after post #9. Everything after is commenting on the situation and chain of events (aside from Timmy’s post… but no one listens to Timmy).
Essentially, you’re taking something here that is really rather small, and attempting to blow it all way out of proportion. Now, I agree that attacking a defenseless person is generally wrong. That’s why I’ve refrained from saying anything in this thread related directly to PB after he was forcibly ejected by Cheese.
Which forces me to ask the question - Is there some other reason why you’re pushing this issue? 'Cause, as it stands, there is no issue to push.
-
No Sizer, i dont want to push anything. Actually its the TSP admins decision and stuff to deal with it. I am not questening here anything.
I just dont like the behaviour of a community to kick at him whilst he is already down. Regardless of what he has done. He must not be treated the same way in return. As i am also a member of this community i just can voice my mind about it - as everyone else may too.
Well i am not for closing this thread but for leaving it as it is. People might get offended and we dont want to make a mountain out of a molehill
-
What…No one listens to me? Screw you guys, I’m out of here then.

IMO time to turn the key and close this topicNah, it’s all good. This is still by far a tame topic and I see no need to close it yet.

You’re mis-representing Is it intentionally done?? I don’t know… giggles at provocation
To clarify - how many registered members are there here? How many are posting in this thread, and then how many have actively “kicked him whilst he is already down”.
One or two people, if even kicking him whilst he can’t reply, doth not a community represent! So no, it’s not a “community” behaviour in the sense of the Starport. It is one or two individuals.
As for being treated the same way in return? Again, not sure I quite honestly understand what you infer. Are you saying you’re not allowed to voice an opinion upon the questionable, or even disgusting, behaviour exhibited by someone if they’re not able to respond?
It’d kind of mean no discussion of any event, or incident, in the history, and future, of the entire world…unless all parties are present.
Can I no longer call Hitler a douche?
