Freelancer community

Any newish site that requires you to register just to see the forums will struggle, especially as most of the Freelancer users are lurkers and don’t want to register.

I personally visit the site daily.

We have the site in the FL Server Ring and a redirection link from our forums to thier ‘Mod Version Thread’. I think we have plenty of links included.

It is up to the players and community members to visit there if they wish.

FLComm has 196 registered users, Starport has 237. Fairly similiar. But FLComm was setup for news and mod announcements. Along the way we have done a few other things. I never wanted the tutorials and questions, too much to keep up with, heh. I’m glad you guys came along.

The remaining FL communities are pretty much different and that is good this way.

Starport - news + modding + downloads + tutorials
FLC - news + other FL services such as the community alliance and the mod version stuff
SWAT - news + modding + fl moddb + downloads + tutorials + other scifi games

These communities have their specialities and they work together for the greater good of FL. Thats the only important thing.

I believe between the 3 sites, we offer almost anything you could need ;D
