Does anyone have a Keyboard Layout / Map I can print out?

You could take a look into you keyboard options.

For a map I recommend to download FLCompanion, it’s an interactive map that also helps you to find trade lanes.

Thanks. I was trying to find a default keyboard layout that I could print out instead of having to go to the menu / options all the time. Is there a key list I can print out?

Well you could make a screenshot of the options screen with the default keys and then print that out.
