HELP: Cannot dock normally

When I press F3 the auto docking system are working and the ship will be brought to the front of the gate entrance. Unfortunately the problem is that it will stop at the front of the entrance causing it not to dock. And also it doesn’t show the scene that the ship will dock. The ship just sits outside the base or planet. Need help for fixing it the same as the original ships from Freelancer where it shows the dock sequence scene and it will dock normally. Muchas Gracias.

By the way, how are things going on for the Mount and dismount feature while in space mode? I never heard about it from adoxa? I even emailed him from this email address ([email protected]) and no response/reply.

Look, there is that difference between jumping docks, moorings and berths. And I’ll let someone else expand on it, if you don’t see it in your solararches and shiparches. -
If the embarrassment is so great, why don’t you take the time to expand then?

Because this is common knowledge that has been found and recited over and over and I wouldn’t want to have myself been thought of as that guy who answers anything trivial because of nothing else to do.
Besides, while embarassing, it is partially also satisfactory to watch equally uninformed newcomers giving non-answers that lead nowhere close to the solution. It reminds me of my early days - only that I had serious language barriers preventing me from reviewing the old knowledge and thus forcing me to a forum that had a rather scarce modding database.
