    I was wondering if it was possible to somehow tweak the ship purchase restriction part of playercontrol to do the inverse?

    Instead of requiring a good to purchase a ship, you need a ship to purchase a good.

    It seems really very simple, but I haven’t the foggiest on how to actually achieve it, having zero knowledge on the code used (or even what to edit).

    Normally i don’t run it on a window’s 7 machine. But a few weeks ago my powersupply from the server crash, so i put up quickly the server on my own pc, wich runs win7 64bit, and even FLHook was running.

    What i did? Don’t know actually, nothing special. Only disable standard the UAC from windows 7, disable bitdefender and don’t use the IPV6, don’t use the application experience. I’m using another virusscanner etc.

    Actually since C# is based on managed code and FLHook uses real x86 assembly there is quite a difference. You also would have to know a lot about classes and how they are handled on assembly level (if you want do dig deeper). There also is a chance that you have to reverse new stuff in order to reach your goal (that happens to me nearly all the time).

    I have that ftl version of the BSG FLHook, but it never worked when I tried it (about a year ago?) and didn’t include the source.

    They are “Unpurchaseable” due to me not having a correct hard-points.
    Though, some Liberty ships appears to work.
    Sorry if I didn’t explain that.
    Also, I have tried that command but I never found the hardpoint names, I’ll see if I can find them in the file you said

    Must I add Cloak.dll in dacom.ini by FlHook 1.6.6, too?
    I’ve the same problems like that topic in the .6-version.
    Often my ship is invisible when I write “addon = cloak_fighter, HpCloak01[, 1]” with and without [] and by writing only “addon = cloak_fighter” the ship is visible, but cloak doesn’t work.

    FLHook plugin is still on Googlecode, the repository is only linked in the Starport Forge.

    I think we’ll switch it over completely to Starport Forge though, makes more sense.

    No it’s not the response that disturbs me, it’s the way it responds for these commands:
    normal kick/ban: new line at the end
    kickban / unban: new line at START and END

    I only found kickban and unban affected yet, so if you find others please let me know.

    I think its a good idea 🙂
    It also somewhat protects from people editing the .ini too much. Maybe we could also put the rest into such an interface function, like exported (hooked) functions and their priority, and so on.

    thx for FL-Hook plugin but I may found a bug
    I just can install 8 plugins on my server, if i get more FL Hook load them, but I get an Error “header [Zone] value size missing parameter 1”

    I run on a virtual Windows Server 2003 64bit

    I hope you can help me 🙂

    Thank you so much M0tah, just the job!

    I think the sensible thing is to set it to 33 so that it checks for the crash-cause of firing more than 32 weapons simultaneously, I’ll try it that way first.
