i was there yesterday but i got a very high ping of 200 damn you comcast very hard for me to play on servers these days.

The 18+ rating is advise for players that will probably have difficulty to succeed the missions alone. Mainly, not enough experienced players will also have hard time playing there and thus a less fun.
PVP is other story that cant be explained with words and no less easyer for shore. The senior players that been on Eagle Utopia know the whole story.
